Introduction to WisePay

WisePay is a safe and easy-to-use service that allows parents and guardians to pay for school services using a debit or credit card. By using this system, we ensure that students do not need to carry large amounts of cash and that transport, trips, and administrative costs are managed efficiently.

What can I use WisePay for?

At Worthgate School, WisePay is used primarily for:

  • Taxi & Airport Transfers: Booking and paying for airport pickups, drop-offs, and local travel.
  • Miscellaneous Charges: Quick payment for administrative or maintenance items such as:
    • Replacement Student ID Cards
    • Replacement Room Keys/Fobs
    • Room Damage Repairs
  • School Trips: Deposits and payments for academic excursions and weekend activities.
  • Exam Fees: Payments for external examination entries and resit costs.

How to get started

Every parent is issued with a secure WisePay account.

  1. Access the Portal: Visit the .
  2. Login: Enter the unique username and password provided to you by the school.
  3. Security: We recommend changing your password during your first login. Once updated, your registered email address will become your permanent username.

Frequently Asked Questions

You need to log in for the first time using the User Name and Password given to you. However, after you have logged in you are able to change the password given above to one of your choice.

To do this, please go to ‘Change Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions. Please be aware that your email address becomes your User Name if you change your password.

For security purposes, please ensure that your ‘Wise Account’ password you choose is unique to your ‘Wise Account’ and that you do not use it for any other login. WisePay recommends that you change the password issued above to your own password.

Click the “Forgotten Password” link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

Once in your ‘Wise Account’ you can make payments online. You can also view your payment history by clicking on ‘my Wise Account’ tab at the top right of the page.

WisePay has given the school further information to provide to you and this should answer any questions that you may have. Due to data protection and confidentiality considerations, unfortunately, WisePay cannot take questions over the telephone on individual accounts. Therefore, if you do have any questions, please contact the school finance office who should be able to answer them directly or will channel them to WisePay on your behalf if they cannot.
